Outparcel 2004 – 2005
Pen Centre Outparcel is a new 50,000 sq. ft. retail plaza in the southeast corner of the parking lot adjacent to Pier 1. Stores include HomeSense, Sears Covering, Motherhood Maternity, George Richards & Bowring. Also two new free-standing restaurants were added - Boston Pizza and Kelsey’s. The project budget was $6.8 million.
